Q: “Do you have class gift certificates for classes”?

A: Yes, simply CLICK HERE and buy the class gift card. The class gift card will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. On the receipt of sale there is a download and a special code. The download is a PDF copy of the full color gift card for the class and the code necessary to sign up for the class date the student desires. The student would then go GO HERE, select the class date they would prefer and add to the shopping cart. At checkout, the user will enter their certificate code (located on the receipt of sale). There is no charge to the recipient using this unique code and the student will be signed up for the date they desire.

Q: “Can I miss a class and retake it later”?

A: Yes, but you will be charged an additional $80.00 fee unless you have verified documentation of an emergency.

Q: “Can I get a refund if I change my mind”?

A: Since our classes are limited to only 6 students we only offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Class is cancelled by Artisans Bonsai
• Verified student emergencies

Exceptions: Artisans Bonsai will refund a class fee ONLY if we are able to re-list the class and fill the position for you. NOTE: YOU MUST notify Artisans Bonsai of the change 7 days before the class date.

Another option would be to sell your class to another person yourself and reschedule your class. NOTE: YOU MUST notify Artisans Bonsai of the name change 7 days before the class date.

Q: “Do I need to bring anything to class”?

A: Just your complete attention and a desire to learn. Be prepared to get a little dirty. Oh yeah, maybe a sweater JUST IN CASE 🙂

Q: “Can I bring my own plant”?

A: For the purposes of this class we will provide the plant to be used. You can practice what you have learned on your own plant when you get home.
